Let's Cook!Cook the Green Plantains 1. Peel the green plantains, cut them into small pieces, and cook them in enough water until they are very soft. Remove from heat and set aside. Prepare a Sauté 2. Melt margarine in a skillet along with achiote oil. Once it's hot, add chopped green onions and sauté lightly. Add La Sazón seasoning and light cream. Set aside. Combine the Preparations 3. Take the cooked green plantains, drain them, and start mashing them into a puree. Add the previous preparation and mix everything well. Add the cheese and cilantro. Mix thoroughly and serve in individual plates. Prepare the Sides 4. Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the eggs, cooking the egg whites and leaving the yolks slightly runny. Serve them on top of the individual servings of tigrillo and enjoy. |
