Tortilla de Huevos


Ingredients


4 Eggs

1 packet of Criollita Seasoning

62 Milliliters LA LECHERA Evaporated Milk

90 grams Fresh Cheese

15 Milliliters Sunflower Oil

Let's Cook!


Prepare the Mixture


1. Break the eggs and beat them together with Criollita, LA LECHERA Evaporated Milk, and fresh cheese.

Heat the Pan


2. Add the oil to a frying pan and heat it over medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour in the mixture and cook over medium-low heat without stirring until you see that the base is golden brown.

Serve


3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, flip the omelette, and cook for a few more minutes. Once it's ready, remove it from the pan, divide into 4 portions, and serve immediately.
