Let's Cook!Prepare the Ingredients 1. Chop the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and tomato into small cubes. Clean the chicken and prepare the spices. Prepare a Sauté 2. Place the vegetable oil and annatto oil in a large pot, and once it's hot, add the onion and garlic. Then, add the ground cumin, chopped red bell pepper, and chopped tomato. Cook until the tomato starts to break down. Cook the Chicken 3. Add the chicken pieces, let them cook briefly, and then pour in the beer, Naranjilla juice, and 2 cups of water. Finally, dissolve the Chicken Stock Cubes once the liquid is hot. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Serve 4. Your chicken stew is ready!
